Sunridge Foods Private Limited, one of the leading FMCG operate across Pakistan. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Order Booker to join our sales team based in Karachi. This role is essential in ensuring that orders are accurately recorded and processed efficiently.
An individual will be responsible for visiting retail outlets, collecting orders, and ensuring the timely processing and delivery of products. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of the FMCG market. An ideal candidate must be self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently to achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities:

• Visit assigned retail outlets and other customers regularly to collect orders.
• Ensure all orders are accurately recorded and promptly communicated to the warehouse and delivery teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail store owners, managers, and key decision-makers.
• Address customer inquiries and provide information on product features, availability, and promotions.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall sales goals of the company.
• Provide insights and recommendations to the sales manager based on field observations.
• Monitor stock levels at retail outlets and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure timely replenishment.
• Prevent stockouts and overstock situations by providing accurate demand forecasts.
• Ensure that promotional materials and displays are properly set up and maintained in retail outlets.

Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree required
• Proven 04 to 05 Years of experience in sales or order booking, preferably in the FMCG sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and sales reporting.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Package: Gross Salary 32,000 + 02 Liters Fuel per day + 150 TA/DA per day + Incentives
