Unity Foods Limited, one of the leading FMCG sector operate accross Pakistan. We are recruiting for Taxation Officer for our office based in Karachi.
An incumbent will be performing following responsibilites;

• Ensure accurate, timely filing of monthly Sales Tax Return and follow up for the refund from FBR.
• Prepare tax certificate for vendor & employees.
• Reconcile withholding tax data with books of accounts.
• Apply withholding taxes on payments.
• Deal with our external tax consultant on tax related issues.
• Manage withholding Income and sales tax compliance under FBR and relevant provincial tax authorities and generate PSID challans.
• Provide support to other department & stakeholders on tax related issues.

To qualify for this role, you must have
Qualification: B. Com / BBA / ACCA part-qualified
Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience.

• Knowledge of Sales Tax
• Strong MS Excel skills
• Critical thinking and analysis skills
• Ability to perform multiple tasks with tight deadlines
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and hard working
