Job Profile
- Plan, execute, and oversee IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with deadlines, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, and milestones, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Develop detailed project plans, work breakdown structures, timelines, and schedules for IT projects, including software development, infrastructure, system migrations, and security implementations.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams (e.g., software developers, system architects, network engineers, QA testers) to ensure seamless collaboration and task delivery.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders, manage expectations, and address concerns to maintain transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify project risks and challenges, develop and implement mitigation strategies, and proactively address issues as they arise.
- Manage scope, schedule, and resource changes, ensuring all adjustments are carefully evaluated and incorporated.
- Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet defined quality standards and requirements, including system testing and post-launch support.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, project plans, and change management records, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.
Tools / Skills
- Demonstrated proficiency with IT Project Management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project.
- Strong understanding of various development methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Lean.
- In-depth knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Proven leadership skills in managing and motivating technical teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
- Excellent organizational capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting established deadlines.
- Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master, or similar) are highly desirable.
