Position Overview
The Prompt Engineer will design and implement AI-driven solutions that optimize various marketing functions, including content creation, SEO, social media management, email marketing, video production, data analysis, and community engagement. This role will act as the central point of expertise for AI applications, collaborating closely with our team of specialists.
Key Responsibilities

• Content Generation: Develop and fine-tune prompts to produce high-quality content for blogs, social media, and marketing materials, ensuring SEO optimization and audience engagement.
• SEO Strategy Development: Collaborate with the SEO Manager/Web Designer to create AI-generated content that enhances online visibility and user experience.
• Graphic Design Support: Partner with the Graphic Designer to generate creative ideas and visuals that align with brand messaging.
• Social Media Optimization: Design prompts for creating engaging social media content; analyze engagement metrics to refine strategies.
• Email Marketing Automation: Use AI tools to develop interactive quizzes and lead magnets to enhance email marketing campaigns.
• Video Production Assistance: Work with the Video Editor to generate scripts and concepts for video content, optimizing for SEO and engagement.
• Data Analysis: Leverage AI to analyze marketing data and generate actionable insights for optimizing overall strategies.
• AI Integration: Identify and implement opportunities for AI integration across marketing functions.
• Community Engagement: Develop engaging content and strategies for community management to foster discussions and brand loyalty.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience with AI technologies for content generation, marketing automation, or data analysis.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools (SEO, social media, email marketing).
• Familiarity with relevant software and applications, including:
• AI Tools: Open AI (Chat GPT), Jasper, Outgrow.
• SEO Tools: SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz.
• Graphic Design Software: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
• Email Marketing Platforms: Mailchimp, Hub Spot.
• Data Analysis Tools: Google Analytics, Excel, Tableau.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong collaborative skills to work effectively with a diverse team.
