Fulcrum Pvt. Ltd. is urgently hiring for "QHSE Assistant Manager" for it's leading client Located in Karachi.
Position: QHSE Assistant Manager
Location: Karachi Port
Education: Must be Graduate or Master
Experience: 3 to 5 Years
Certificates: ISO, OHAS
Age: Max 40 Years
Timings: Morning Shift
Salary: 120,000 to 140,000

POSITION SUMMARY:
To Plan, coordinate and direct quality program designed to ensure quality control and conduct audits and QMS related trainings on frequent intervals and give feedbacks to the management to take appropriate corrective and preventive action for the continual improvement of the system.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Ensure that processes needed for the quality management system are established, implemented and maintained.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and effectively implement the Change tools provided by the Management Representative Protocol.
  • Improve and develop Integrated Management System continuously.
ISO DOCUMENTATION;
  • Develop the structure of a value added documentation program.
  • Ensure, control, approve, change, and amend of all documents as may be necessary of the quality management system.
  • To ensure the documentation of these processes for their effective operation.
  • To update the DCR (Document Change Request) & (DML) Document Master List when the documents are reviewed/deleted/ delivered.
  • To ensure that all the Procedures are being followed in its true letter and Spirit.
CORRECTIVE & PREVENTIVE ACTION;
  • Manage Company’s CAPA (Corrective & Preventive Action) systems to ensure that Root Cause Analysis is performed
  • and all CAPA activities are completed within timely basis.
  • To give Suggest actions to Concern to effectively close the CAPAs.
  • Follow up Corrective and Preventive Action Request issued for any non-conformity.
QUALITY OBJECTIVE & ITS PLAN;
  • Establish Quality objectives for the organization.
  • Establish performance objectives for the interactions between Departments.
  • Follow up the Quality Objectives & its planning and endorsement of the revised target date of the Objectives.
CLIENT / CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS OR FEEDBACK;
  • Keep informed the concerned departments about the client / customer complaints or feedback and monitoring its follow up actions.
  • Communicate, throughout the organization, internal and external customer requirements
  • Ensure the promotion of awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization.
QHSE AUDITS;
  • Managing and monitoring an effective Internal Auditor program.
  • Schedule, coordinate, conduct, monitor internal quality audit and analyze its effect in improvement of quality and to report.
  • Monitoring the process of internal QHSE audits.
  • Ensure conformity of the organization with the requirements of the ISO 9001, 14001 & OHAS 18001Standard.
  • Preparing the result of audits while leading the Audit Team and circulate Audit results & Summary Report to all concerned.
  • Upgrading the Internal QHSE Auditors level.
MANAGEMENT REVIEW MEETINGS;
  • Preparing Notice & Agenda of MRM, distributing and communicating to all concerned before the Management Review Meeting.
  • To conduct the management Reviews Meeting.
  • Preparation and follow up the result of the Management Review Meeting.
  • Report to the top management on the performance of the quality management system and any need for improvement.
  • Communicating the importance of meeting customer requirements as well as statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Supporting management in the establishment of objectives at all levels of the organization.
QHSE COMMITMENTS;
  • Maintain the high quality professional environment within the department.
  • Responsible for recommending, developing, updating and implementing QMS departmental Standard operating procedures /Work flows/ Job descriptions etc.
  • Ensure safe working conditions and practices are adhered at related areas.
  • Taking corrective actions on any nonconformance against QHSE management system.
  • The safety, quality and ensure maximum service levels, efficient utilization of staff & equipment.
  • To provide continuous awareness of ISO 9001, 14001, OHSAS 18001 standards on different techniques and issues toall concerned.
MISCELLANEOUS SERVICE:
  • Ensure that legal, statutory and any other relevant provision governing or affecting the delivery of services provided
  • by the Company are strictly observed.
  • Liaise with external parties such as consultant and auditors on matters relating to the quality management system.
  • Monitor the performance of suppliers and subcontractors with respect to quality.
  • Provide guidance to external organizations regarding the Quality Management System.
  • Jobs assignment or change of task to staff and staff allocation on shift & general shift.
  • To prepare the departmental objectives & adequate plans for the achievement of company goals.
  • Performs any job-related duties as assigned by Management.
QHSE Commitments;
  • To ensure safe working conditions and practices are adhered at related areas.
  • To understand and ensure the implementation of IMS policy and any changes thereon from to time
  • To understand and have awareness of the Fire & Emergency procedures within their respective domains.
  • To wear appropriate personnel protective equipment (PPE) within the operational areas.
Working Conditions:
  • Must be able to work in and outside the offices.
  • Must be able to deliver the required output under the work stress levels.

  • processes, methods, ideas etc. concerning the Company, which you might acquire during the tenure of your employment.

Skills & Abilities:
  • Knowledge of relevant standards and guidelines required for quality management system.
  • Knowledge of best practices in the area of quality management system
  • Computer literate and able to use standard software such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook, etc & Internet
  • Strong Analytical, Auditing, Presentation, Interpersonal & communication skills
  • Ability to plan, design & implement QMS Procedures.
  • Strong leadership and persuasive skills.
  • Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.
  • Able to produce written reports of a high standard.
  • Employee development and performance management skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs140,000.00 per month
