Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet staffing needs across various departments, primarily focusing on telesales and call center roles.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Lead and mentor the recruitment team to optimize performance and productivity.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for ongoing recruitment needs, identifying the best platforms for talent sourcing (e.g., Linked In, job boards, social media, etc.).
- Collaborate with department heads to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
- Monitor recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire) to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Organize and participate in recruitment events, such as job fairs and open houses.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations and company policies during the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases and manage the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Recruitment Manager or in a similar role, preferably in BPO/Call Center environments.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment practices, tools, and strategies, including experience using ATS systems.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.
- Familiarity with labor laws and regulations related to hiring and employment.
- Ability to work night shifts when required to support hiring for night shift positions.
