Job Title: Recruitment Manager

Reports To: HR Manager / Director of HR

Position Summary:
Enza Home, a leading home furniture and décor brand, is looking for a Recruitment Manager to lead our recruitment efforts and ensure the company attracts, hires, and retains the best talent in the industry. The Recruitment Manager will manage the recruitment lifecycle, develop sourcing strategies, and collaborate closely with various departments to meet staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment Strategy Development:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy to meet the staffing needs of the company.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor hiring strategies, and best practices in recruitment.
  • Align recruitment goals with the company’s business objectives and workforce planning.
2. Full-Cycle Recruitment Management:
  • Oversee and manage the full recruitment process, from job postings and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for all roles across the organization, including senior and specialized positions.
  • Use a variety of sourcing channels (job boards, social media, employee referrals, recruitment agencies) to attract top talent.
  • Screen, shortlist, and interview candidates to ensure they meet the skills and cultural fit required for the roles.
3. Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand the specific requirements for each role.
  • Advise and guide hiring managers on best recruitment practices and market conditions.
  • Coordinate with HR team members to ensure a smooth transition from recruitment to onboarding.
4. Candidate Experience Management:
  • Ensure a positive and seamless experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain timely communication with candidates, providing updates on application status and next steps.
  • Build and maintain a talent pool of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
5. Employer Branding and Outreach:
  • Develop and promote Enza Home as an employer of choice by actively participating in job fairs, online job communities, and industry events.
  • Manage and enhance the company’s online presence through social media platforms and professional networks like Linked In.
  • Create engaging job postings that reflect the company’s culture and values.
6. Data Management and Reporting:
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate pipeline status.
  • Analyze recruitment trends and outcomes to improve hiring processes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate databases, ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
7. Team Leadership and Development:
  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support in daily activities.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment team performance, setting individual and team goals.
  • Ensure the team stays up-to-date with the latest recruitment tools and techniques.
8. Process Optimization and Continuous Improvement:
  • Continuously improve the recruitment process for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Implement innovative recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and technologies to streamline hiring operations.
  • Monitor the market for talent shortages and proactively develop solutions to address hiring challenges.
Required Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Skills:
  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and market trends.
  • Experience with recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and social media platforms.
  • Ability to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Certifications: Recruitment or HR-related certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM-CP) are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the home décor, retail, or furniture industry is a plus.
  • Familiarity with recruitment marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Linked In Recruiter, Glassdoor).
  • Multilingual skills, particularly in English and Urdu, are a bonus.
