Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth research to gather accurate data, insights, and trends relevant to the real estate and business development sectors.
• Analyze market conditions, competitor activities, and economic trends to provide data-driven recommendations.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive reports, presentations, and research summaries to assist in strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with various departments to support ongoing projects by providing research-based insights and innovative business ideas.
• Prepare presentations and visual data representations to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
• Support the development of new business opportunities through competitor analysis and identifying potential growth areas.
• Continuously monitor industry developments and updates to best practices in market and data research.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in a research role, preferably within a corporate or real estate environment.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SPSS, R, or other data visualization software).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus.
