We are committed to delivering reliable and efficient services across the globe, fostering strong relationships with our partners and clients to ensure seamless operations and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate freight activities with shipping lines and agents.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with agents abroad.
- Demonstrate exceptional e-mail communication skills for effective follow-up onsales leads.
- Continuously follow up with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing their feedback.
•Previous experience in the shipping industry, particularly in sales and client management.
•Strong understanding of freight management and international shipping processes.
•Excellent communication skills, with a focus on e-mail correspondence.
•Ability to build and maintain relationships with both clients and agents.
