Job Description:

• Coordinate and manage the activities of brand ambassadors, ensuring alignment with brand goals and sales targets.
• Assist in planning and executing events, promotions, and campaigns in key accounts to enhance brand visibility and drive sales growth.
• Coordinate with other departments (e.g., logistics, marketing) to ensure BAs have the necessary materials and support.
• Serve as a point of contact between brand ambassadors, key accounts, and internal teams, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Monitor and report on the performance of brand ambassadors and promotional activities, providing regular updates to management.
• Provide training and support to brand ambassadors to ensure they have the knowledge and tools needed to effectively promote the brand.
• Prepare regular reports on brand ambassador activities, sales performance, and market insights for senior management review.
• Monitor sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure BAs are meeting or exceeding goals.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in Sales coordination, sales support, or brand management within the Retail / FMCG sector.
• Proficiency in MS Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Excel is a plus.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
