Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and develop new business opportunities.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
3. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends.
4. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations.
5. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
6. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service (1-2 years preferred).
3. Proven experience in a sales role (1-3 years preferred).
4. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
7. Must be self-motivated and goal-oriented.
8. Follow up on leads generated by the marketing team. Engage customers through calls and explain product/service offerings.
