Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
• Identify and qualify leads generated by our marketing team.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of our Product portfolio and its unique capabilities.
• Effectively communicate the technical and financial benefits of our solutions to customers.
• Closely monitor sales opportunities within our CRM system and take decisive action at key stages.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve ambitious targets for revenue and volume.
• Proactively manage sales activities and maintain a high level of customer engagement.
• Prepare compelling proposals and presentations to win new business.
• Collaborate with sales support, sales coordinators, to ensure a seamless sales process.
• Deliver engaging and informative presentations both in person and online.
• Answer customer questions confidently and knowledgeably.

Travel extensively within Pakistan to meet with clients and attend industry events
Qualifications:

• Bachelor's / Master degree in science or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in scientific instrument sales.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
• Strong understanding of scientific principles and laboratory workflows.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
• Ability to travel extensively within Pakistan.
• Fluency in English (both spoken and written).
• Outgoing personality with a strong desire to interact with customers.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
