Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Head to join our logistics company. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in the shipping and logistics industry with a strong background in freight forwarding.

• Understanding of logistics, freight forwarding, and supply chain management
• Sales, Business Development, and Negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service orientation and relationship management
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
• Manage daily operations, including overseeing shipments, tracking deliveries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Good relationship with Careers.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate information and addressing any concerns or complaints.
• Collaborate with other departments, including sales, finance, and operations, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

• Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in shipping and logistics, with a strong background in freight forwarding
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong customer focus and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
