Key Responsibilities:

• Provide detailed information to prospective students about our online and onsite freelancing courses.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist students with their queries and admission processes.
• Follow up with prospective students to provide additional information and encourage course enrollment.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admissions using CRM software.
• Collaborate with the admissions team to meet and exceed enrollment targets.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets to earn performance-based incentives.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field, with a focus on calling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain complex information in a clear and concise manner.
