Job Title: Sales Representative ( Edible oil+ Poultry feed)
Location: Pakistan
Key Responsibilities:
Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for soybean meal and soybean seed.
Identify and pursue potential off-takers, including distributors, processors, and large-scale buyers in the edible oil and poultry feed industries.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape, adapting strategies accordingly.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of our soybean products and their applications to effectively communicate benefits and value propositions to clients.
Lead negotiations with clients, handle contracts, and close deals while ensuring favorable terms for both the company and the client.
Track and report on sales performance, market conditions, and client feedback to management, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Work closely with the marketing, logistics, and production teams to ensure alignment and support in meeting client needs and expectations.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the edible oil and poultry feed industries, with a strong network of industry contacts.
Demonstrated success in securing and managing large accounts, with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
In-depth knowledge of the edible oil and poultry feed markets, with a solid understanding of soybean meal and soybean seed applications.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively and manage complex sales processes.
Proactive, results-driven, and able to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
.Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field is preferred.
Compensation:
Basic Salary: Specific salary range from $300 per month.
Commission: 1% of the value of each contract secured.
