Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Scrum Master at TEKHQS located in DHA Phase 6, Lahore. The Scrum Master will oversee sprint planning, user story development, and software development processes. They will utilize analytical skills to optimize team performance, facilitate communication, and ensure project delivery according to Agile principles.
Qualifications

• Sprint Planning, User Stories, and Software Development skills
• Analytical Skills for problem-solving and process optimization
• Strong Communication skills to facilitate team collaboration
• 2+ years of experience in Agile methodologies and Scrum framework
• Certification as a Scrum Master (CSM) or similar credentials
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle
• Ability to lead and mentor development teams
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or relevant field
