Stitching Master - Textile

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Master Stitching Textile to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of textile stitching processes, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for quality craftsmanship. You will oversee the stitching department, ensuring all production meets our high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the stitching team to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
- Develop and implement best practices for stitching techniques and processes.
- Ensure that all products are produced to the highest quality standards and within specified timelines.
- Train and mentor staff on stitching methods, equipment usage, and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure alignment on project requirements.
- Monitor and maintain equipment, ensuring all machines are in optimal working condition.
- Troubleshoot any production issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Maintain inventory of materials and supplies required for stitching.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and innovations in textile stitching.
Experience:
- Textile stitching: 3 years (Required)
- Karachi (Required)
