Job Description

On this journey, you will report to Manager AP Service Delivery (indirect) - Platform
Responsibilities
- Perform day to day invoice processing including 3-way matching, payment and month end task accurately
- Making sure that KPIs and SLAs are followed at all times
- Work closely, coordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Smooth and proper handling of stakeholders inquiry
- Perform the month end closing process and reconciliation of the ledgers
- Maintain a positive team climate where employees collaborate and share
- Maintain proper documentation and record keeping with accuracy and integrity
- Support and demonstrate a can-do attitude for process initiatives and improvements
- Continuous improvement of the end-to-end Account Payable process
- Other AP related processes
Qualifications
Your role in this journey requires the following:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College degree in Accountancy or any related Finance business courses
- With at least 1-2 years of working experience is similar field
- High attention to details and accuracy
- Proficient in using excel (e.g. pivot, vlookup etc.)
- Experience in using accounting/ERP systems (SAP experience preferred)
- Excellent communication skills - both oral and written
