Job Description:
Joy Box is seeking a skilled and creative Social Media Manager with 2 years of proven experience to manage and enhance our presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, and X (formerly Twitter). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and audience engagement, as well as the ability to write captivating content to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow Joy Box’s social media presence on Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, and X.
Develop and implement marketing strategies across these platforms to increase engagement and reach.
Create and post engaging content, including text, images, and videos, tailored to each platform.
Optimize content for SEO to drive traffic and improve visibility.
Build and engage with Joy Box’s online community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.
Track and analyze social media performance, providing insights to optimize future campaigns.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create cohesive strategies aligned with company objectives.

Requirements:

At least 2 years of proven experience managing social media platforms, especially Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, and X.
Strong knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practices.
Ability to create engaging content that drives customer engagement and boosts sales.
Fluent in both English and Urdu.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop and maintain an online audience.
Capable of commuting to DHA, Karachi.

Working Conditions:

Location: Onsite, DHA, Karachi
Working hours: Full-time morning shift
Salary: PKR 50,000/month
