• Coordinate with US clients to craft captivating job descriptions for open positions.
• Lead the recruitment life cycle from pre-screening to creating a resume database and coordinating interviews, including salary negotiations, reference checks, and background checks
• Provide a harmonious follow-up with candidates after each interview stage.
• Develop a. magical Boolean search strategy adopted by our entire recruitment team.
• Post client-provided job descriptions on recruitment platforms.
• Showcase your expertise in working with different Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

What We Require From You:
In you, we seek:

• A graduate or a final semester student from esteemed business schools in Pakistan or internationally recognized institutes.
• 1-3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the international (USA) arena, where your skills have been finely tuned in a professional setting.
• Specialized in the art of sourcing, particularly for technical positions.
• Must be able to navigate recruiting platforms like a virtuoso: Linked In, Indeed, Monster, and more
• Should have good interpersonal and decision-making skills.
• Fluency in English Language, both verbally and in writing.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
