- Job Title: Technical Sales Representative (Lead Generation Specialist)
- Location: Remote (Must be available to work US hours)
- Job Type: Commission-Based with Salary (Dependent on Experience)
- Experience Required: 3-5 years
- Cold Calling: Initiate outbound cold calls to prospective clients in the US and other markets to introduce our services, identify needs, and generate sales opportunities.
- Cold Emailing: Craft and send compelling cold emails designed to engage potential clients, spark interest, and generate leads.
- Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients within target markets. Develop strategies to generate and qualify leads, converting them into viable sales opportunities.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute personalized sales strategies that resonate with target clients, focusing on how our AI automation, software engineering, and IT support services can meet their specific needs.
- Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with prospects and existing clients, maintaining continuous engagement to drive long-term partnerships.
- Technical Expertise: Utilize your technical knowledge of AI automation, software engineering, and IT support to effectively communicate the benefits and technical details of our services.
- Flexible Working Hours: Work during US hours to ensure timely and effective communication with clients and internal teams.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain detailed records of all sales activities, including calls, emails, meetings, and follow-ups. Provide regular updates and sales forecasts to management.
- Experience: 3-5 years in a technical sales role with a strong focus on cold calling, cold emailing, and lead generation.
- Technical Skills: Solid understanding of AI automation, software engineering, and IT support, with the ability to explain these services in a way that resonates with clients.
- Sales Skills: Proven track record of successfully generating and converting leads through cold outreach. Ability to close deals and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to engage and persuade prospective clients through phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Self-Starter: Highly motivated, with the ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Location: Can be based in Pakistan but must be able to operate effectively during US business hours.
- Commission-based with a salary component (dependent on experience).
