Key Responsibilities:
- Source, attract, and hire top talent in software development, QA, Product Management, UI/UX, Scrum Masters, and other technical roles
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates across various tech stacks (e.g., Java, Python, Java Script, Cloud, Dev Ops)
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and preferences
- Conduct HR Interviews and participate in technical interviews, assessments, and evaluations to ensure candidate quality
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including scheduling, offer extension, and onboarding
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and market conditions to ensure effective recruitment strategies
Must Have:
- Proven experience of hiring for multiple technical roles in Pakistan. (Fresh graduates with no experience will not be contacted)
- Strong presence on HR platforms including Linked In, and job related communities to source profiles from different mediums.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment tools
- Knowledge of various tech stacks and industry developments
- Certification in recruitment or a related field (e.g., AIRS, Linked In Recruiter)
- Experience with diversity and inclusion initiatives in recruitment

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
