Technical Support Engineer

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our Bahria 7 office (Rawalpindi, Pakistan). This shift-based role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving challenging problems, working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, and ensuring the smooth operation of production systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor production environments using dashboards to anticipate and prevent potential issues.
- Troubleshoot, resolve and escalate technical issues effectively.
- Act as the first point of contact for technical queries, providing timely resolutions.
- Communicate technical concepts assertively and clearly, ensuring non-technical stakeholders understand critical information.
- Write basic Python or similar scripts to streamline workflows and solve technical challenges.
- Use collaboration tools like Jira, Microsoft Teams, and Azure Dev Ops to coordinate tasks and updates.
- - Shift 1: 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM
- - Shift 2: 1:00 AM - 10:00 AM
- - Shift 3: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Experience with monitoring tools and dashboards in production environments.
- Assertive and responsible, capable of independently addressing and resolving issues.
- Basic scripting knowledge in Python or a similar language.
- Bachelor in a Technical field; or business major with strong technical skills
At least 2 years of prior experience.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with online collaboration tools such as Jira, Microsoft Teams, and Azure Dev Ops.
- Experience in shift-based roles or a 24/7 support environment.
