Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Trade Commercial Executive at HRSG - Innovative Business Solutions in Karāchi. The Trade Commercial Executive will be responsible for managing trade/import operations, building relationships with clients and suppliers, negotiating trade agreements, and analyzing market trends to optimize trade strategies, some key responsibilities are as below.
· E-PRFs Reclassing Process for Customs Duty Tax + Tax Reclass Recon Reporting.
· PD Clearance (Payment of Import Duties & Taxes) from PSW (Pakistan Single Window) PD Account.
· Extraction of Duties & Taxes Challans from PSW.
· Create Bank Contract Registrations/Amendments, Get Signatures and Ensure Submission to Bank.
· Bank to Bank Shipping Documents Tracking from Local + Foreign Banks and Sending Sites.
· Shipping Documents + EIFs Release from Bank + Sharing with Customs Agent for Clearance of Goods.
Qualifications
- Trade/import Operations Management, Supplier Relationship Management, and Trade Agreement Negotiation skills.
- Market Analysis and Trade Strategy Optimization skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in managing commercial trade operations
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Knowledge of import/export regulations and international trade practices
- proficiency with SAP.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, or related field
Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs115,000.00 per month
