Job Description:
We are looking for a talented UI/UX Product Designer to join our team and help create exceptional user experiences for our digital products. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating their expertise in user interface and user experience design, as well as a passion for solving complex design challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to define and implement innovative design solutions for product features.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts.
- Develop and maintain design guidelines and best practices to ensure a consistent user experience across all platforms.
- Analyze user feedback and analytics to identify areas for improvement and enhance overall user satisfaction.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously refine design practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
- Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar software.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in designing for e-commerce or Saa S products is a plus.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic front-end development is an advantage.
