Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Umrah Specialist to join our team. In this full-time, on-site role, you will be responsible for managing and facilitating Umrah travel arrangements for our valued clients. If you have a deep understanding of Umrah procedures and possess exceptional customer service skills, this position offers a rewarding opportunity to contribute to our mission of providing outstanding travel experiences.
Key Responsibilities:

• Umrah Consultation: Provide expert advice and guidance on Umrah packages, procedures, and requirements.
• Travel Arrangements: Coordinate and manage all aspects of Umrah travel, including flight bookings, accommodation, transportation, and visa processing.
• Client Support: Offer personalized support to clients throughout the Umrah journey, addressing their queries and ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of service.
• Documentation: Ensure all necessary documentation, including visa applications and travel permits, is accurately prepared and submitted.
• Coordination: Liaise with service providers, including airlines, hotels, and local transport operators, to ensure seamless arrangements.
• Package Management: Develop and manage comprehensive Umrah packages, including special arrangements and customized solutions based on client preferences.
• Market Awareness: Stay updated on changes and developments in Umrah regulations and market trends to offer the most current and relevant information to clients.
• Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, handling inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines related to Umrah travel.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven experience as an Umrah Specialist or in a similar role within the travel industry.
• Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Umrah travel procedures, regulations, and requirements.
• Customer Service: Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide personalized and attentive support.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Urdu. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational abilities to manage multiple aspects of travel arrangements efficiently.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and arrangements.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage changing priorities effectively.

Additional Information:

• Working Hours: Office hours are from 9 am to 6 pm, with flexibility required based on workload and client needs.
• Compensation: Performance-based salary ranging from PKR 50,000 to PKR 55,000, with recognition and rewards for exceptional performance.
