Key Responsibilities:

• Travel Consulting: Provide expert travel consulting to clients, ensuring their needs are met with precision and care.
• Travel Arrangements: Orchestrate and manage comprehensive travel plans, including air ticketing, accommodations, and transfers.
• Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, handling inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism and efficiency.
• Reservation Management: Utilize reservation systems and Amadeus to handle bookings and manage travel itineraries.
• Market Awareness: Stay informed about the latest market trends and travel dynamics to offer insightful recommendations.
• Corporate Clientele: Cater to our esteemed corporate clients, understanding their unique requirements and delivering tailored travel solutions.
• Destination Expertise: Provide knowledgeable recommendations on both domestic and international destinations.
• Adaptability: Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating agility and quick problem-solving skills.
• Attention to Detail: Ensure all travel arrangements are meticulously managed to provide flawless travel experiences.

Qualifications:

• Experience: This role is designed for experienced professionals. Fresh graduates will not be considered.
• Travel Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the travel agency landscape and procedures.
• Amadeus Proficiency: Expertise in using Amadeus, especially in international ticketing.
• Corporate Experience: Previous experience in a corporate setting, catering to corporate clients.
• Customer Service Excellence: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reservation Skills: Proficient in navigating reservation systems.
• Destination Knowledge: Well-versed in both domestic and international travel destinations.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
• Detail-Oriented: Strong focus on detail to ensure high-quality travel arrangements.

Additional Information:

• Working Hours: Office hours are from 9 am to 6 pm, with flexibility required based on workload.
