As a Web Developer Coordinator, you will oversee the planning, execution, and maintenance of web development projects. You will coordinate a team of developers, ensuring high-quality deliverables while managing timelines and resources effectively. Your backend development expertise will be crucial in guiding the team and making technical decisions.
Key Responsibilities:

• Team Coordination:

Lead and mentor a team of web developers, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
Allocate tasks based on team members’ strengths and project requirements.

• Project Management:

Oversee the entire web development lifecycle from planning to deployment and maintenance.
Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

• Backend Development:

Utilize backend programming languages (such as Python, Ruby, Java, PHP, or Node.js) to develop and maintain server-side applications.
Design and implement APIs and integrate third-party services.

• Web Design and UX:

Demonstrate experience in web design and user experience (UX) principles to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
Ensure that design and functionality align with user needs and business objectives.

• Content Management Systems:

Strong working knowledge and experience with Content Management Systems, particularly Word Press.
Implement and customize themes and plugins to enhance site functionality and user experience.

• Frontend Proficiency:

Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and Java Script, with a focus on backend revisions and improvements.
Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure seamless integration between backend and frontend components.

• Web Analytics and SEO:

Utilize web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track performance and user behavior.
In-depth understanding of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and SEM (Search Engine Marketing) to improve website visibility.

• Troubleshooting and Support:

Identify and resolve technical issues in a timely manner, ensuring minimal disruption to services.
Provide support for ongoing maintenance and updates of existing web applications.

• Continuous Improvement:

Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in web development.
Propose improvements and optimizations for existing systems and workflows.

• Hosting accounts management:

Knowledge of managing multiple hosting accounts through c Panel/WHM. Knowledge of Linux is essential.
Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
• Proven experience in web development with a strong focus on backend technologies (2+ years preferred).
• Utilize backend programming languages (such as Python, PHP, Java, Node.js) to develop and maintain server-side applications.
• Utilize backend programming languages (such as Python, Ruby, Java, PHP, or Node.js, .NET, SQL Server, Word Press, AI based API ) to develop and maintain server-side applications.
• Experience with database management systems (e.g., My SQL, Postgre SQL, Mongo DB).
• Strong attention to detail and excellent verbal communication skills.
• Experience converting business requirements into technical solutions.
• Knowledge of current trends in web development and cross-browser/mobile compatibility issues and workarounds.
• Self-starter with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
