Full Time Community Association Manager (CAM)/General Manager for a 449, 15 Story, gulf front condominium complex consisting of whole units and timeshare units in Panama City Beach, FL. This is a hands-on position responsible for overseeing the operational, administrative, financial, maintenance, grounds, and guest services (security) functions of the community. Must provide exemplary customer service in a manner consistent with the values and mission of the association. The ideal candidate is someone who displays an exceptional ability to analyze and handle a variety of situations daily in a courteous and professional manner. The selected individual must possess related experience and training, or the equivalent of supervisory experience during the past three (3) years. The selected individual must work within a collaborative, team-based environment, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Must be an efficient, independent, detail orientated person possessing exceptional work habits. Duties can include weekends and holidays.
Reports directly to the President of a nine-member Board of Directors. Oversees a multimillion-dollar budget and manages all aspects of daily operations of the condominium to include problem solving within budget, and compliance with all applicable laws, statues, and governing documents of the condominium complex.
Qualifications:
· Must have a current valid Florida Community Association Manager (CAM) license.
· Must have a minimum of three (3) years of CAM experience
· Must possess the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities associated with the profession
· Well-versed in Florida Statues 718 and 721 and other association related statutes
· Oversees a multimillion-dollar budget and manages all aspects of daily operations of the condominium
· Acute problem-solving skills applicable to multimillion dollar budget and compliance with all applicable laws, statues and governing documents of the condominium complex
· Experience with hurricane preparation and implementation of preparedness protocol
· Negotiates contracts/leases, supervise maintenance and maintains asset value
· Experience with large scale renovation projects
· Knowledge of construction, maintenance, and contracts/leasing
· Demonstrated leadership and management ability
· Team building, organization and staff development skills
· Strong communication, supervisory, negotiation and presentation skills
· Ability to establish and maintain relationships with condo owners, tenants, vendors, and other employees.
· Consistently display an attentive, courteous, tactful and respectful manner
· High degree of initiative and independent judgment
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
· Proficient in Quick Books and Microsoft Office
· Able to organize work and consistently meet deadlines
This is a full-time position
· Benefit package includes insurance, vacation/sick time, and holiday pay
· Starting Salary of $80,000 depending on education and experience
· Work Week of 40 hours plus with Saturday or Sundays during peak season
