Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and an understanding of food safety practices. As a Cook, you will play a vital role in meal preparation and ensuring that our guests receive high-quality, delicious dishes. Your creativity and attention to detail will help us maintain our reputation for excellence in the kitchen.
Duties

• Prepare and cook a variety of meals according to established recipes and dietary guidelines.
• Assist in the food preparation process, including chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients using knives and other kitchen tools.
• Ensure all food safety standards are met, including proper storage, handling, and sanitation practices.
• Collaborate with the sales representatives on taking orders and delivering them to customers table.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils.
• Support the dietary department by accommodating special dietary needs as required.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
• Proficient in food preparation techniques with experience in a restaurant or catering environment.
• Excellent knife skills for efficient meal preparation.

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
