Position: Desktop Support Specialist
Responsibilities:

• Email Management: Handle configuration and troubleshooting of Microsoft Exchange email accounts.
• Mobile Device Support: Ensure Outlook functions correctly on mobile devices.
• CAD Support: Proficient with Auto CAD and similar design software for client support.
• Printer & Copier Maintenance: Skilled with Canon and Konica/Minolta multifunction devices.
• Helpdesk Support: Experienced with helpdesk systems, but we emphasize in-person service.

Travel Requirements:

• This role involves limited travel within Bay, Gulf and Jackson counties. We keep it focused, not a daily drive fest.

Work Schedule:

• Regular hours are Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. Occasional off-hour work for updates and urgent issues.
