Key Responsibilities

• Lead and Direct Operations: Plan, direct, and coordinate daily operational activities, ensuring the highest level of service for property owners and guests.
• Manage Staff: Oversee housekeeping staff and contract personnel; evaluate performance and provide ongoing training and support to ensure excellence.
• Handle Issues: Address and resolve complaints, disturbances, and emergencies while on call, maintaining a high standard of guest satisfaction.
• Reporting: Prepare and distribute reports as necessary; handle special guest requests with professionalism.
• Team Collaboration: Attend and contribute to meetings to foster positive relationships among team members, promoting morale, productivity, and efficiency.
• Service Orientation: Approach all interactions with owners, guests, and employees in a friendly, courteous, and service-oriented manner.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a housekeeping management role specifically within short-term rental property management. Candidates without this experience need not apply.
• License/Certification: Valid Driver's License (Required).
• Location: Must be able to commute to Panama City Beach, FL 32413 (Required).
