Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Manager for our PCB offices. The ideal candidate will possess a strong maintenance background and leadership skills, ensuring that all maintenance tasks are performed efficiently and effectively. Experience with vacation rental equipment such as Kaba locks and fire inspections is a plus.
This is a full-time, year-round position that will include some weekends, nights and holidays. We offer a full slate of benefits including paid time off, health, dental and vision insurance, 401K, and paid holidays. Salary is competitive and based on experience.
Duties and Qualifications

• Collaborate with other departments to schedule maintenance activities with minimal disruption to operations.
• General maintenance and repair of rental homes, condos, and offices
• Oversee monthly HVAC preventive maintenance
• Oversee fire inspection process for vacation rental certification
• Work with drywall, grout and painting
• Filling out work orders including documenting all parts used for each job
• Completing follow ups to appropriate departments. Work tasks are performed primarily outdoors.
• High school or equivalent education preferred
• Minimum 3 years experience in maintenance, preferably in a vacation rental environment
• Must possess valid Driver’s License and clean driving record for the past three years

Experience

• Proven experience in a maintenance management role, preferably within a property management or vacation rental environment
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on team development and performance improvement.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure while managing multiple priorities.

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
