Compensation:$60,000 - $70,000 yearly
Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to streamline business processes and maximize efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
• Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of operational staff to ensure a high-performing team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate and optimize operational activities across departments.
• Manage the budget and financial aspects of operations to ensure cost-effectiveness and profitability.
