We are seeking a friendly and professional Host/Host to join our dynamic team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to their tables.
• Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating chart.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen and wait staff to ensure smooth service.
• Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance their dining experience.
• Assist with managing waitlists during busy periods, ensuring guests are informed of wait times.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host area.
• Collaborate with team members to provide outstanding guest services in a fast-paced environment.

Skills

• Strong guest relations skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
• Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and non-verbal.
• Experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS or other point-of-sale systems is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy environment.
• A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional hospitality.
• Previous experience in hotel or hospitality roles is advantageous.
