Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Manager to oversee our bar operations and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, particularly within casual dining or quick service environments. As the Bar Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining inventory, and creating an inviting atmosphere for our guests.
Duties

• Supervise daily bar operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and adherence to company standards.
• Manage and train bar staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork.
• Oversee cash handling procedures, ensuring accuracy in transactions and adherence to financial policies.
• Maintain inventory levels, ordering supplies as necessary while minimizing waste.
• Develop and implement creative drink menus that align with current trends and customer preferences.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food service management practices.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure a positive dining experience.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during busy periods.
• Utilize POS systems effectively for order processing and reporting.

Requirements

• Proven experience in bar management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage diverse clientele effectively.
• Experience with cash handling and financial reporting is essential.
• Knowledge of food service operations, including food safety standards and practices.
• Familiarity with POS systems for efficient order processing and inventory management.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing bar operations.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Pay: $52,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
