We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fine dining environment. As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our guests by crafting high-quality beverages and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and making recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for processing orders and handling cash transactions accurately.
• Ensure compliance with food handling and safety regulations while serving drinks.
• Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages to management.
• Stay informed about new drink trends, menu changes, and promotional offerings to enhance guest experience.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Bartender in a fine dining or high-volume establishment is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive atmosphere for guests.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations within the food industry.
• Ability to perform retail math calculations for accurate order processing.
• Experience with brewing techniques is a plus, as well as knowledge of various spirits, wines, and cocktails.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• A passion for sales and upselling beverage options to enhance guest satisfaction.
