Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a fast-paced, fine dining environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all guests receive the highest level of service throughout their visit.
Duties

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present menus, take orders, and provide recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring accuracy in orders.
• Manage the dining area by maintaining cleanliness and organization, including bussing tables.
• Handle POS transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
• Address guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
• Assist in food handling and preparation as needed to support kitchen operations.
• Uphold the standards of fine dining service while adhering to health and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a server role within the food industry is preferred, especially in fine dining settings.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Familiarity with Open Table or similar reservation systems is a plus.
• Ability to operate POS systems effectively for order processing.
• Knowledge of food handling practices to ensure safety and quality standards are met.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
