*Responsibilities*
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and achieve company sales goals
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the team to ensure high performance and productivity
- Manage key customer accounts and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
- Utilize various sales techniques including cold calling, inside sales, and direct sales to generate leads and close deals
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies that drive sales
*Qualifications*
- Proven experience in HVAC & Plumbing Sales
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Demonstrated success in account management and building client relationships
- Proficiency in conducting product demos and presentations
- Familiarity with sales management techniques and strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
