Borusan Berg Pipe is one of the leading manufacturers of large-diameter steel line pipe in North America. We are a mid-sized manufacturer with three U.S. locations specializing in pipe production for the oil and gas sector. We are seeking full-time LEVEL II ULTRASONIC TESTING (UT) AND RADIOGRAPHIC TECHNICIANS for our Panama City, Florida location.


To become fully certified as a Level II UT or RT Technician, selected candidates must obtain a passing score on Borusan Berg Pipe’s specific and practical ultrasonic exams. Advancement opportunities include becoming dual-certified for both Level II UT and RT Technician.

• Up to $31.96 hourly once fully trained

Primary Duties

• Perform ultrasonic or radiographic examinations, in accordance with industrial standards and customer specifications (API 5L and CSA Z245, CSA Z245.1, ASTM E-94)
• Ensure all ultrasonic or radiographic test are complete and documented.
• Operate roll lines to transport pipe.
• Maintain all ultrasonic records according to industry standards and company SOPs.
• Ensure all equipment is functioning properly.
• Comply with all required safety monitoring requirements.
• Maintain all required certifications.
• Train and monitor performance of UT or RT Level I employees.
• Perform preventive maintenance as scheduled.
• Perform area housekeeping tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education & Work Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
• Ability to obtain a passing score on an intermediate level math assessment (Required)
• Heavy industrial manufacturing experience (Preferred)
• Industry Certifications (CWI, UT Level II) (Preferred)
