Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee various projects from inception to completion within the maritime shipbuilding industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in project management methodologies. This role requires an individual who can effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders, ensuring that project goals are met within the established timelines and budgets.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage ship repair projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
• Utilize industry contacts to facilitate procurement, resources, and partnerships.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans and schedules.
• Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing potential risks and issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maritime standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors.
• Prepare and present project updates and reports to management and clients.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of project management experience in ship repair or a related field.
• Established network of contacts within the maritime industry.
• Must Have shipyard experience
• Strong knowledge of shipyard operations, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
