Duties:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
- Conduct market research to determine property values and competitive prices
- Create and maintain listings of available properties
- Show properties to potential buyers or renters
- Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients
- Coordinate open houses, property inspections, surveys, appraisals
- Provide guidance and advice to clients regarding real estate transactions
- Stay up-to-date with real estate laws, regulations, and market trends
Requirements:
- Valid real estate license
- Knowledge of real estate law and regulations, ethics
- Experience in property management or related field is a plus
- Strong administrative and organizational skills and work ethic
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with local housing markets and neighborhoods
