• • Department: Perioperative Care
  • Schedule: Part - time,
    • (3) eight hour shifts between Monday - Friday with no set schedule.
    • Call requirement which includes coverage on nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Hospital: Ascension Sacred Heart Bay
  • Location: Panama City, Florida
  • Hours will be based upon shift and department needs. There is also an on-call and holiday requirement. On- call includes nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor patient care plans.
• Monitor, record and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
• Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.

Requirements

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart
  Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Florida Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job
  transfer date required. Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Florida required. Credentialed from State Board of Nursing
  or current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to
  hire date or job transfer date required.

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of
  hire.
