H&C Construction LLC, a leading home remodeling company in the U.S., is looking for a Call Center Agent & Data Entry/Billing Specialist to join our remote team. This is a 100% remote position that requires exceptional communication skills and attention to detail for data entry, along with the ability to handle customer calls and billing processes.
Work Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch break)

• Saturday: 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM (30-minute lunch break)

Key Responsibilities:
Call Center:

• Manage incoming customer calls to provide information about our services, schedule visits, and follow up on proposals.

• Coordinate with field technicians and confirm appointments with clients.

• Address customer inquiries regarding payments and resolve billing issues professionally and efficiently.

• Follow up with clients on pending invoices and manage payment reminders.

Data Entry:

• Enter, update, and maintain accurate information in our CRM system, including contracts, customer details, and project documentation.

• Confirm and record customer payments, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and well-organized.

• Create and manage reports related to payments, appointments, and project tracking.

Billing:

• Handle the billing process, ensuring that customers receive their invoices correctly and on time.

• Track payment statuses, send payment reminders, and resolve any billing-related issues.

• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate payment tracking and follow-up.

Qualifications:

• Advanced English level (C1) – Must be able to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish.

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, billing, or data entry (Experience in the construction/remodeling field is a plus but not required).

• Fast and accurate typing skills for data entry tasks.

• Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.

• Excellent communication skills to handle customer interactions, including inquiries about payments and project status.

• Must reside in Lima, Peru (Applicants outside of this location will not be considered).

Technical Requirements:

• Reliable internet connection (minimum 20 MB) and a quiet workspace for video calls and receiving calls.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: S/.2,000 per month during the 3-month trial period, with an increase to S/.2,500 + performance-based commissions after the trial period.
