H&C Construction LLC, a leading home remodeling company in the U.S., is looking for a Frontend/Backend Developer to join our team. This is a 100% remote position for a dedicated professional with strong development experience, excellent technical skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Work Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
• Saturday: 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM (30-minute lunch break)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain high-quality code for both frontend and backend systems.
• Collaborate with design and project management teams to implement new features and enhance user experience.
• Ensure code functionality, reliability, and security in alignment with the company’s project goals.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across multiple platforms.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and responsiveness.

Qualifications:

• Advanced English (C1) level required (evaluated during the interview).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in frontend/backend development, with a strong portfolio of projects.
• Proficient in Java Script, HTML, CSS for frontend development, and Node.js, Python, or PHP for backend development.
• Experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js and database management (e.g., My SQL, Postgre SQL).
• Familiarity with Git, API integrations, and responsive design.
• Reliable internet connection (minimum 20 MB) and a quiet workspace for video calls.
• Resides in Lima, Peru.

Preferred (but not required):

• Experience working with UX/UI designers.
• Prior experience in a construction or home remodeling-related industry.
• Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure).

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive salary starting at S/.3,500 per month during the 3-month trial period.
• After the trial period, salary can be negotiated.
