H&C Construction LLC, a leading home remodeling company in the U.S., is looking for a UX/UI Designer to join our team. This is a 100% remote position for a dedicated professional with strong experience in user experience and user interface design, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Work Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
• Saturday: 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM (30-minute lunch break)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and enhance the user experience for H&C Construction’s digital platforms, ensuring intuitive and user-friendly navigation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that align with the brand and meet business objectives.
• Conduct user research and testing to identify pain points and gather feedback, integrating findings into design updates.
• Ensure consistency across all digital platforms, maintaining brand guidelines and best UX/UI practices.
• Stay updated with design trends and industry best practices to continuously improve the user experience.

Qualifications:

• Advanced English (C1) level required (evaluated during the interview). Ideally, you have at least 3 months of experience living in an English-speaking country.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in UX/UI design.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Equipment: Access to a computer capable of handling design software and a dual-monitor setup is preferred.
• Resides in Lima, Peru.

Technical Requirements:

• A reliable internet connection (minimum 20 MB) and a quiet workspace for video calls.

Preferred (but not required):

• Experience in designing for the U.S. market or previous work with home remodeling/e-commerce industries.
• Knowledge of responsive design, user-centered design principles, and mobile-first design.
