Job Summary:
Sapient is seeking dedicated Customer Service Representatives to join our team! As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner, and collaborating with team members to improve customer service processes.
Responsibilities:

Answer incoming customer calls and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
Provide accurate and timely information and assistance to customers, resolving their queries and concerns
Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as necessary to ensure timely resolution
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, including logs and reports
Collaborate with team members and other stakeholders to improve customer service processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and team members
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a focus on meeting deadlines and exceeding customer expectations
