Accounting & Admin Support Specialist

Offshored is a leading offshore recruitment consultancy in the Philippines, providing strategic talent acquisition services for Australian, US and UK clients. We are seeking an experienced Accounting and Admin Support Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for handling a variety of accounting and administrative tasks, working on US eastern time zone.
Responsibilities:

Accounts payable and receivable processing, including invoicing customers and paying suppliers
Treasury management, including reconciling bank transactions in Netsuite accounting software
Creating quotes and proposals using Excel
Assisting the sales team with administrative tasks as needed
Communicating with vendors by email for quotes and sales order fulfilment
Communicating with the UK and US teams via email, Teams, and Whats App

Requirements:

Bachelor of Accounting
2+ years bookkeeping experience
Fluent English, both written and spoken
Proficient in Netsuite and excel
Willing to work Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week, on US time zone (7pm-4am PHT)
Own computer, internet and headset
Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new processes
Experienced using Hubspot CRM preferred but not essential
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
