Offshored is a leading offshore recruitment consultancy in the Philippines, providing strategic talent acquisition services for Australian and Canadian clients. We are seeking an experienced Accounting Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling a variety of accounting tasks for our Canadian client. You must have experience with Canadian accounting standards and Sage 50 accounting software.
Responsibilities:

Accounts payable and receivable using Sage 50 accounting software
Monthly financial reporting including balance sheet, P&L, general ledger
Expense claim processing
Other general bookkeeping and accounting tasks as needed

Requirements:

Bachelor of Accounting
2+ years accounting/bookkeeping experience
Familiar with Canadian accounting standards
Proficient in Sage 50 and Excel software
Fluent English, both written and spoke
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Available to work Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Own computer, internet and headset
Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new accounting software
