The Accounting and Finance Assistant will work to ensure timely and accurate payment to suppliers. He or she will also assist in the monthly financial closing and yearend financial audit.
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Input and maintain accurate financial data in SAP.
• Process payment request timely to avoid overdue accounts.
• Custodian of unreleased checks and maintain disbursement file.
• Prepare BIR Form 2307 issued to suppliers and maintain soft copy files of duly received forms.
• Scan and maintain organized file of Invoices issued by supplier.
• Completion of tasks assigned in month end accounting checklist.
• Assist in the yearend financial audit and other reports as required.
• Organize and store financial documents in accordance with the company policies.
• Communicate with bank in resolving online banking technical issues.
• Answers queries from customers, vendor and employees regarding financial transactions.
• Identify any area of weakness in controls and recommends process improvements.
• Provide back up support to other Accounting and Finance Assistant when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS in Accountancy.
• Preferred one year of relevant experience but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in MS Excel and other MS Applications.
• SAP experience and proficient in technology and software.
• Can communicate effectively and efficiently (oral and written).
• Able to work independently and in teams, maintain confidentiality.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php23,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
